Follow the instructions below to see if you are eligible for Custom Fit Training assistance and register for the class!
Step 1 - Partner with Custom Fit Training if eligible
Snow College's Custom Fit Training (CFT) program has helped arrange this training event. While all interested parties are invited to register and attend, companies eligible to partner with CFT will be required to pay only 50% of the course fee and CFT will cover the other portion. If you are a for-profit, Utah business and are located in Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier or Wayne counties, your company is eligible. Simply fill in the highlighted areas on this Custom Fit Training agreement form, sign it and fax it to 435.553.0945 then proceed to step 2.
If you are NOT a for-profit, Utah business in one of the counties listed above, you are still welcome to proceed to step to and register for the event at the regular published price.

Step 2 - Register for the event
Sign up for this event online. If you prefer to register by phone you may do so by calling 435.283.7376.
Step 3 - Pay the registration fee
Complete this fill-in-the-blank invoice and pay for the training as directed on the invoice.
