We offer training workshops comprised of participants from multiple companies throughout the area where the course is offered (see our upcoming workshop list to the right). If you do not see an offering in your area we recommend contacting your local SBDC office to request a workshop.
EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP (Private-sector organization, under 300 employees)
Another option is to request this training exclusively for your organization. If you have six or more individuals who wish to be trained, this is an excellent option! This typically allows you to more easily make application of these useful principles broadly throughout your organization. This option allows you to receive the training on-site at your company, at a location provided by your local Utah Small Business Development Center, or in another off-site location arranged by you (i.e. leadership retreat).
